New management structure

DEBAG is setting its strategic course for the future and strengthening its management team at top company levels. Against the backdrop of the continuous and very successful development of the company, Oliver Theiß (42), previously Head of Sales, was appointed second Managing Director on 01 November 2019. Theiß has been working for DEBAG since 2009 and has held power of attorney since 2013. In his new executive position, he is responsible for the strategic orientation in the areas of Sales and Service. He is thereby providing support to Managing Director Jost Straube, who is responsible for the technical and commercial area.

In addition, René Schindler (36), Head of National and International Service, was appointed procurator.  Schindler has been with the company since 1999, where he completed his training. Since 2011, he has been heading the Service division and has played a major role in the remarkable development of his division, which now has 70 employees.

This repositioning is intended not only to bundle competencies. "We are convinced that with this strong, perfectly complementary top management we have laid the necessary foundation stone for a successful future for DEBAG", explains Straube.
