The TEFI is the ideal helper for modern in-store baking.

With the TEFI fully automatic proofing unit, you can optimize the work processes in your store. It is loaded with the required products the day before and allows them to mature perfectly overnight. This means you can start the first baking process of the day the next morning - quickly and without time-consuming preparation. Our TEFI fully automatic proofing unit enables you to carry out several production steps at once: you can precisely control both proofing and cooling processes and always cool, temper and air-condition your goods perfectly.

 

This allows you to achieve the perfect degree of maturity (final fermentation) of the raw dough and of dough with a high fermentation tolerance. In addition, the dough pieces can also be baked at a low temperature over a longer period of time. The advantage: pre-ripe dough pieces can be stored in the cell and baked over a longer period of time. Ready to plug in, small and flexible - our versatile fully automatic proofing unit makes it easy for you to keep your shelves stocked with fresh baked goods!

Fully automatic proofing and cooling

The TEFI allows you to start, interrupt and continue the maturing process of your dough pieces at any time, with the intelligent control system always calculating the ideal process time. The appliance has space for up to 20 trays (580 × 780 mm) or 40 trays (400 × 600 mm).

Ready to plug in and space-saving

We supply the TEFI ready to plug in. A normal socket (230 V) is sufficient for operation. This means you can start using the appliance immediately after delivery. With its compact external dimensions (792 × 2,120 × 715 mm or 792 × 2,120 × 1,021 mm), the TEFI fits perfectly into any store concept.

Energy-saving and safe

The insulation prevents energy loss and ensures long-lasting cooling even in the event of a power failure. The appliance has an automatic restart so that the proofing process continues. The TEFI is easy to clean and has self-closing doors.
