Realignment of the management
At the turn of the year, the management of DEBAG Deutsche Backofenbau GmbH realigned itself:
With the retirement of Jost Straube, Johannes Wilhelm (Managing Partner, 2nd from right) and Oliver Theiß (Managing Director, left) take over the management of the company.
The management team also includes René Schindler (Authorized Signatory & Technical Director, right) and, new since January 1, 2025, Manuela Bernkopf (Authorized Signatory & Head of Commercial Operations, 2nd from left): With this strong and experienced management team, the company believes it is ideally positioned to shape the future with innovation and passion and continue to act as a pioneer on the market.
We would like to thank Jost Straube for his many years of successful work as Managing Director and wish him all the best for the future. His commitment and leadership qualities have contributed significantly to the positive development and success of the company.
