DEBAG invests in another location
New warehouse location: DEBAG bundles capacities for greater efficiency
The new site in Teichnitz/Bautzen comprises a total of around 6,460 m² of warehouse space, including around 5,258 m² of hall space, a 600 m² mezzanine floor and a covered outdoor storage area of 600 m². The modern logistics property, built in 2011, has several truck loading ramps, ground-level access and daylight access in the halls. The equipment also enables high-bay racking, which considerably increases the flexibility of use.
Employees benefit from optimal working conditions in the 110 m² of office and social areas. These include a break room, changing rooms, an open-plan office with six workstations and an individual office for the site manager.
The oven manufacturer invested a six-figure sum in the new site. The company supplies its innovative ovens to more than 50 countries worldwide.
The centralization of our warehouse capacities in Teichnitz is a significant step into the future. The proximity to the production site optimizes transport times enormously. In addition, the new location increases logistical efficiency and helps us to further optimize our processes and serve our customers worldwide even more flexibly.
