New partnership with German champions

DEBAG enters into a partnership with the German Master Bakers 2025, Sebastian Brücklmaier and Yannick Dittmar, a. The cooperation was established as part of the Saxonback officially sealed.

As brand ambassadors, the two bread sommeliers and members of the German national bakery team stand for modern, quality-oriented bakery craftsmanship. Together with DEBAG, they want to raise awareness of the diversity, quality and importance of the craft - especially bread.

A central component of the partnership are Joint trade fair appearances. On the südback 2026 the two present innovative snack ideas and provide insights into contemporary artisan concepts in live baking shows.
