Top quality for bread and bread rolls at minimum space
For an impressive 10 m2 of baking area the S4 Öko requires a footprint of only 2.60 m2. This baking area corresponds to a quantity of 21 baking sheets for bread rolls or 12 baking sheets for bread. Loading the oven by hand is a snap thanks to the stationary rack cart. Due to its low air velocity of approx. 2.5 - 3.0 m/s the proven MONSUN principle prevents the raw dough from drying out. The results are a delight to look at and taste: crispy baked goods in perfect quality staying fresh for a long time.
