Baking takes place on heat-storing stone slabs in the DEBAG solar baking oven of the latest generation. This makes for especially rustic baking results.

The Solar Eco is equipped with single oven steaming and an integrated steam extraction hood with remote display and fan. Thanks to the robust design, simple operation and high reliability DEBAG heating gas forced air ovens are perfectly suited to tough continuous operation.

The oven is offered in two versions:

- Solar Eco Basis (4 or 5 stoves with same temperature control)

- Solar Eco Duo (4 or 5 stoves with different temperature zones dual circuit system)

With the SOLAR Eco 1800 DEBAG has expanded the product group of the heating gas forced air ovens once more. The solar baking oven has a baking surface of full 8 - 18 m².
